I purchased this gift for my step-father, who has a business and is "getting up there in age" (I would argue he isn't, but time, despite not "truly" existing, still leaves evidence of itself). I owe a lot to him, as he came into my life during a very turbulent time and has never failed to be there to support me, even now as an adult. With everything going on in the world, I wanted to treat him to a beautiful jadeite piece that he could keep on him (along with his omamori) to protect him and the hard work he does to support our family.
The cords Nikolai uses for the charms are of quality-make and so sturdy, and I noticed how thick the Ruyi Charm was -- it was so COOL! Thank you, Nikolai, for offering this; it is an honor to have learned about your business and be able to support you directly with purchases.
